Condor
Did a little hiking in the Pinnacles this weekend with Brandy and got to see a rare California Condor. She was sitting on top of this rock and everyone who walked by stopped to just stare at her. There was even a guy from the "California Condor Crew" monitoring her. Supposedly there were 13 of them in the area but we only saw three.
Oh yeah, then we think we heard a mountain lion.... and then we were in a car accident. But the Condor part was really cool.

I heard on the radio recently that condors have a NINE FOOT wingspan. Duuuuuuude! I've never seen one.
I wonder if that was a mountain lion--they're supposed to be nocturnal but they probably are all messed up with human interaction. Once while camping, i think i heard a baby bear in distress--weirdest sound ever.
